This is a drawing of a DreamCatcher in brown with white and brown fluffy feathers
							trailing off of it.

Rendezvous is a term that relates to the 1820–1840 time period.  The Hunters, Trappers and other survivors living in the Rocky Mountains, collectively referred to as "Mountain Men," met once a year to sell or trade the furs, etc. that they had accumulated over the last year and to obtain supplies for the next year.  This annual meeting was called The Rendezvous.

Today, "going to rendezvous" is to go camping "in the style" of the Rendezvous period.  At Rendezvous, in Primitive Camp, everything that meets the eye must relate to the Rendezvous period.  No radios, boomboxes, flashlights, gas lanterns or stoves...just candles and campfires.  If you want music, hopefully, you can sing, whistle or play an instrument!

There is a separate function called a "re–enactment" that not only must everything appear to be from that period, even the conversation must relate to the period.

Pictured on this page, According to some, the dreamcatcher caught bad dreams/luck in it's web, but the good dreams/luck would easily pass through the hole in the center to be received by the owner.  However, according to others, the dreamcatcher caught the good dreams/luck in it's web for the owner and let the bad dreams/luck pass through the hole and allowed to "go on it's way!"
